Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne has also a passion for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
